Mythically inspired and artistically appointed, Dragonstone was envisioned by the designers as a multi-layer fortress accommodating luxury outdoor living along the Florida Clearwater coast.

Covering 4,400-square-feet, Dragonstone’s waterfront mystique soars to heights with modern patios and aqua geometrics. Collective spaces were created for entertainment and leisure for one Southern family filled with the  armony of natural elements and curated furnishings.

The intricate work of skilled mosaic and sculptural artists illustrate the magical creature from which this family-friendly outdoor complex draws its name. A proud ragon, crafted by artisans of Mosaicist, appears to swim within the depths of the 850-square-foot pool as a centerpiece
for the entire modern outdoor design. The theme is repeated at the water’s edge whereanother winged dragon is sculpted about to take flight and delivering as much awe as artistry for those abiding in or visiting Dragonstone. 

Poolside at Dragonstone, there are elements designed to provide relaxation flowing from one end to the other.  Travertine or porcelain tiled surfaces are woven alongside turf and wooden  decking. Each are adorned with elegant, yet durable, outdoor furnishings. Within the pool,  Ledge Loungers appear to float on the sun shelf under the shade of a Tuuci umbrella allowing guests to gaze toward the overflowing entrance to the spa or sunken fire lounge.

The large all-glass spa is highlighted with a dramatic perimeter overflow design. For maximum  enjoyment, custom benches and engineered jet placement is incorporated into the sparkling
spa. Adjacent to the spa is another lounging deck and porcelain tile steps into the sunken circular fire lounge. This relaxing area boasts comfort and warming conversation as a result of designer pillows by Elaine Smith and custom cushions and a central fire feature by GrandEffects. Views can be enjoyed from the spa or fire lounge of the dock-front as well as the soothing waterfall feature by Great American Waterfall Aquastorm on the house-side. All elements throughout the outdoor living areas are illuminated by lighting by Pal and FX. Fire pots by Grand Effects are designed to further highlight exterior activities day or night.

From the poolside spaces, three levels of luxury outdoor living rise up. These balcony expanses are filled with curated furnishings, appliances and landscape elements. Durable cushioned or woven furnishings by Dedon, Castelle, Brown Jordan, Mammagreen and Ebel are designed fordining, gathering or relaxation. Whether in intimate conversation or grand parties, Dragonstone is professionally designed and equipped to raise luxury entertaining to a magical level.
